




A couple of weeks ago I was challenged to a little cooking contest by one of
Ruthies friends, Ashley. We set a Saturday and proceeded to out do each other. She made an excellent
Indonesian dish called
Bami, chicken and noodles over rice, layered with a mix of soy sauce and brown sugar and I made pasta with clams in white wine with pork wrapped scallops, in the end we ate a lot of food, and really too much butter, and drank a ton of wine.
